1300SMILES Toowoomba is looking for a motivated and experienced Dental Assisantto join our friendly and supportive team.

We'll start you on a casual basis for a few days each week while you settle into the role, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full time position as the role grows.

Job Description

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring the smooth running of the practice. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
- Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
- Maintaining high standards of infection control
- Supporting clinicians throughout patient appointments
- Providing friendly and professional patient care
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the surgery
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications





You’ll be an experienced Dental Assistant with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting your team.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
