This is a excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, a genuine interest in cars, and a willingness to learn. You will receive ongoing support and training while building a long-term career within Mercedes-Benz and the wider CMV Group.

What will you be doing?

n

n
- Assist with retail, trade and internal parts enquiries.
n
- Learn parts interpretation and support the processing of customer orders.
n
- Follow up customer back orders.
n
- Complete parts documentation in line with company processes and procedures.
n
- Support the accurate and timely dispatch of parts orders to customers.
n
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Experience in customer service and/or relationship management is preferred.
n
- Sound computer literacy, with high attention to detail.
n
- Motor industry, dealership, retail or warehouse experience would be advantageous.
