Kingsford Lawyers are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team in our Queensland office located in Ashmore.

As a Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and high-quality, legal services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that provides room for growth.

What you'll be doing

- Advising clients on a wide range of commercial matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements
- Court appearances where necessary
- Brief Counsel
- Providing legal guidance and support to the firm's partners, seniors and other team members
- Researching and analysing legal issues, and presenting solutions to clients
- Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Contributing to the firm's growth and strategic initiatives

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in a broad range of commercial litigation matters
- Proven ability to provide pragmatic, quality, and commercially focused legal advice to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong research, analytical,



and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with legal developments and trends
- Team player with good work ethic
