Auto & General (A&G;) is seeking a Home Assessing Team Leader to guide the Home Assessing Team responsible for assessments of impacted properties, cost validation, ensuring high scope accuracy and end-to-end management of claims.
You will provide ongoing training and coaching to the team, and ensure that Home Assessors are consistent and effective in assessments, validation of Scopes of Work, and end-to-end management of a select claims portfolio.
