The Opportunity
Be part of the team that brings arts, culture and entertainment to life at The J. In this customer-facing role, you'll help deliver exceptional experiences for patrons, performers and hirers while supporting a diverse program of events, performances and community activities in one of Noosa's premier cultural venues.

- Position Remuneration - Front of House Staff
- $40.52 per hour, inclusive of a 12.5% casual loading

About You
You're a friendly, reliable and customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. Whether assisting patrons, processing ticket sales, serving at the bar or supporting venue operations, you take pride in providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across reception, box office, bar and theatre operations
- Assist with ticketing, cash handling, customer enquiries and event support activities
- Support venue setup, pack down and presentation to ensure a welcoming and professional environment
- Promote upcoming events and activities while assisting with the smooth operation of performances and functions
Skills and Experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks
- Experience handling cash, EFTPOS transactions and reconciliations
- Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work independently and exercise initiative when required
- Experience in hospitality, box office, entertainment, performing arts or a customer service environment is highly regarded
- Availability to work flexible hours,
including evenings and weekends
Qualifications, Training and Licences
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Current C Class driver licence (desirable)
