We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and trusted Executive Assistant to support a senior executive and play a key role in enabling the success of a fast-paced leadership team.
n
This is a broad and highly visible role where discretion, sound judgement and the ability to build solid relationships are critical.
n
Do Work That Matters
n
n
- Provide proactive, professional and highly organised support to the Executive General Manager, including complex diary, inbox and priority management.
n
- Coordinate leadership meetings, forums and key business events, ensuring agendas, briefing papers, presentations, pre-reading materials and action items are prepared, tracked and delivered to a high standard.
n
- Manage domestic and international travel, appointments, offsites and team events, overseeing logistics, budgets, venues, catering and administrative requirements in accordance with Group policies.
n
- Act as a trusted liaison between the Executive General Manager, senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication across the business.
n
- Drive follow-up and accountability for key actions, decisions and business priorities, helping to ensure commitments are delivered and outcomes achieved.
n
- Partner closely with the broader Executive Assistant network to foster collaboration, alignment and seamless support across leadership teams.
n
- Support people and team‐related activities, including onboarding, engagement initiatives, team culture, organisational planning and creating a high‐performing team environment.
n
- Manage financial administration,
including invoices, expenses, budget tracking and expenditure processing, ensuring adherence to Group policies and controls.
n
- Provide versatile administrative and operational support to the broader leadership team, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and ways of working.

- Significant experience supporting senior executives in a large corporate and complex organisation.
n
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
n
- Robust stakeholder management and relationship‐building capability.
n
- A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently.
n
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
n
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
n
- Experience coordinating leadership meetings, preparing executive materials and driving follow‐up actions.
