Lead therapeutic practice and case planning for children and young people with complex needs. Deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support, guide Care Teams and manage a caseload of up to 12 CYP.

Duties
- Assess cognitive, emotional, behavioural and therapeutic needs
- Develop, implement and review therapeutic interventions and plans
- Lead Care Team meetings, case reviews and complex case planning
- Coach Care Teams in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
- Coordinate referrals, transitions, placements and specialist supports
Skills & Experience
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Psychology,
Social Work, OT, Mental Health Nursing or related field
- Bring 5+ years' therapeutic or clinical experience with CYP in OOHC
- Hold current professional registration relevant to your qualification
- Demonstrate therapeutic, disability and NDIS knowledge where relevant
- Hold an unrestricted driver licence and meet all probity requirements
