We're looking for a confident, energetic and sales-driven Sales & Social Media Assistant to join Baena Furniture.

If you're great with people, love the challenge of closing a sale and feel completely comfortable jumping in front of a camera to create content - this could be the perfect role for you.

This isn't a job where you'll stand around waiting for customers.

You'll take ownership of the customer experience, drive sales, work towards individual KPIs, follow up opportunities and help bring the Baena Furniture brand to life across social media.

What You'll Do

As a Sales & Social Media Assistant, you'll help drive both sales and brand growth.

You will:

- Connect with customers, build rapport and uncover what they're looking for
- Deliver confident and engaging product demonstrations
- Ask for the sale, overcome objections and close customers
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards team KPIs
- Follow up quotes, enquiries and sales opportunities to maximise conversions
- Identify opportunities for additional products and add-on sales
- Maintain strong product knowledge across our furniture ranges
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram,



Facebook and other platforms
- Confidently appear in Reels, videos and promotional content
- Capture product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes photos and videos
- Help keep our showrooms looking exceptional
- Work with the team to continue growing the Baena Furniture brand

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who is:

- Sales-focused with a natural ability to connect with people
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable starting conversations
- Motivated by results and enjoys working towards targets
- Comfortable asking for the sale and closing
- Energetic, driven and proactive
- Well-presented and professional
- A strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Confident and natural in front of a camera
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook and creating short-form content
- Physically fit and happy working in an active showroom environment
- Reliable, organised and willing to take ownership
- Available to work weekends

Furniture sales experience isn't essential.

Experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, fashion, automotive, real estate, phone sales or another customer-fac?ing sales environment would be highly regarded.

We're more interested in finding someone with the right personality, confidence, work ethic and hunger to succeed.
