Key responsibilities

- Implementing the Behaviour Support Plan
- Proactive and reactive strategies
- Liaison with school and management to work with the family

About you

- WWCC (mandatory)
- Police check (mandatory)
- NDIS screening (mandatory)
- First aid (mandatory)
- De-escalation training (mandatory)
- De-escalation training (essential)
- Experience in supporting non-verbal adolescence (desirable)
- Behaviour management and redirection (desirable)
