As part of our Service Delivery Team, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Scheduling Administrator to join us at our HQ, located in Murarrie. Your Role as a Scheduling Administrator

As a Scheduling Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the daily coordination and support of our field technicians and electricians. This is a challenging yet rewarding position within our rapidly growing organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Prioritising and scheduling jobs for our field staff,



ensuring efficient time management and adherence to client requirements.
- Daily management of technicians: Organising and providing real-time support to field technicians and electricians to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborating with both internal and external customers to resolve queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Completing a range of administrative tasks to ensure the operational team functions effectively.
- Managing inbound customer calls and addressing service inquiries with professionalism.
