National Fire & Safety Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Fire Safety Technician to join our team. The successful applicant will be capable of working independently across a variety of commercial, residential and strata properties throughout Sydney.
Key responsibilities
Inspecting, testing and maintaining fire equipment
Servicing fire extinguishers, fire blankets and fire hose reels
Inspecting exit and emergency lighting
Identifying defects and providing clear, accurate technician notes
Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
Communicating professionally with clients, building managers and occupants
Keeping company equipment, stock and work areas organised
About you
Live in the Sutherland Shire or surrounding suburbs
Previous experience within the fire protection industry
Good knowledge of routine fire equipment inspection and testing
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to compliant workmanship
Basic computer or tablet skills for electronic reporting
A full time position
