As our projects grow, we're looking for a hands-on Foreman to join our Sunshine Coast team and play a key role in delivering critical community infrastructure.

What you'll be doing
Overseeing and working alongside crews on the installation, repair, and maintenance of water, and sewer infrastructure
Leading pipeline construction and maintenance activities
Coordinating subcontractors and daily project activities
Providing clear direction, support, and leadership to labourers
Operating MR tippers, excavators, and other heavy machinery (if ticketed)
Pitching in with general labouring tasks when needed
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand in water/sewer infrastructure
Construction White Card & current driver's licence
Strong focus on workplace health & safety
Confident communicator with solid problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus points if you have:
MR truck licence & operating experience
Excavator competency
Confined space & working at heights tickets
