About the prospect

n

We are seeking experienced Tower Crane Operators to join our team supporting ongoing maintenance works in Geraldton, WA . Working a 2:1 roster , this is a great opportunity for experienced operators looking for consistent work and long-term experience across a major operational facility.

- Ongoing 2:1 roster based in Geraldton, WA
n
- 12-hour shifts supporting industrial maintenance activities
n
- Operating tower cranes as part of planned maintenance and project works
n
- Work closely with rigging, scaffolding and maintenance crews to support safe lifting activities
n
- Long-term opportunities available across ALTRAD's maintenance and project portfolio

About you

n

You're a safety-minded,



team-focused tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Based in Perth, WA or locally in Geraldton
n
- Minimum three years demonstrated experience operating Tower Cranes
n
- Full Australian work rights - passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate, or valid work visa
n

n

Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications:

n

n
- Current High Risk Work Licence - Tower Crane (CT)
n
- Demonstrated tower crane experience within industrial, maintenance, construction, mining or resources environments
n
- Strong understanding of lifting operations, load movements and safe crane practices
n
- Ability to work effectively with Doggers, Riggers and site crews
n
- Current Working at Heights
n
- Current Enter and Work in Confined Spaces
n
- Ability to complete required Verification of Competency (VOC)
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
n

n

Genuine commitment to safety – you follow procedures, wear your PPE properly, and speak up when something doesn't look right

Team player who backs up your crew, communicates well, and helps maintain a positive site culture
