Estia Health’s Noosa site is seeking an IPC Lead Nurse to oversee infection prevention and control while supporting RN shifts. You will manage clinical care for residents, ensure documentation is complete, and lead a team of care staff.

Ideal candidates will have a nursing degree, current AHPRA registration, and proven experience in aged care. EMR/documentation proficiency and AN-ACC knowledge are advantageous. Competitive advantages apply.
