Kool Beanz Academy in Mackay is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to support and lead a team within a warm, home-like setting. You will implement play-based programs aligned with EYLF, build solid partnerships with families and the local community, and help the centre meet National Quality Standards.
We value dedicated educators who are passionate about early childhood development, enjoy team collaboration, and are available Monday to Friday within a 6:30am–6:30pm schedule.
