Bolton Clarke Group is seeking an Advanced Maintenance Officer to perform routine maintenance and gardening across Aged Care Facilities or Retirement Villages in Toowoomba. You will communicate with customers to understand needs and coordinate with external contractors for specialised services.
You will conduct regular inspections, follow health and safety protocols, and ensure work meets trade and Australian standards, while maintaining gardens and common areas to a high standard.
