Job Description

BYD Castle Hill is seeking a motivated BDC Consultant to join our Used Car team. This role focuses on generating and converting sales opportunities by responding to leads quickly, qualifying customers, booking appointments, and following up until a sale is completed.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in automotive BDC or sales support, solid communication across phone, email and SMS, and solid CRM management.
