As a Disability Support Worker, you may be required to assist participants with personal care and daily living activities, community access and social participation, attending appointments and community activities, household tasks and meal preparation, building independence and achieving personal goals, medication support where appropriately trained, emotional and social support, following individual support plans, and maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation.

About you
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
- Willingness to travel within Brisbane North
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and some weekends
- Previous disability or community services experience is highly desirable
- Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health or a related field, or willingness to obtain
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
