HealthWISE Community Ltd in Ipswich, Queensland, is seeking a compassionate Peer Worker to support individuals with mental health challenges through recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, non-clinical care.

Based in Ipswich, Warwick or Stanthorpe, you will collaborate with clinicians and community services, conduct risk assessments, and use digital tools to provide telehealth-based support. The role requires flexibility to travel and after-hours availability in a supportive team setting.
