About the Role
The Operational Performance Manager is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of compliant, safe,
and high-performing security operations across allocated sites. The role is heavily field based, requiring regular site presence to conduct compliance reviews, monitor operational performance, and support continuous improvement.
The role works closely with the Business Performance Manager, Key Account Managers, and the HSE Team to ensure contractual, legislative, and organisational requirements are met. The Operational Performance Manager also supports training delivery and the review and close-out of actions arising from audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
Key Accountabilities :
- Site-Based Operational Oversight-Conduct regular site visits to assigned client locations, observe frontline operations and ensure security services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, SOPs, licensing and WHS obligations. Provide onsite guidance and take immediate corrective action where operational risks or non-compliance are identified.
- Compliance Monitoring & Reporting-Complete scheduled and ad-hoc compliance reviews using approved checklists, identify and document operational, safety and compliance risks, and report
