MYOB Accounts & Administration – Part Time

Experienced accounts and administration person

8 hours per week | Bundall, Gold Coast

MINIMUM 5 YEARS' MYOB EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for an experienced accounts and administration person to join our small team for approximately 8 hours per week.

This is a straightforward, hands‑on role suited to someone who is proactive, well organised and able to work independently.

The Role

- Entering and processing customer orders

- Creating invoices and receipting payments in MYOB

- Entering supplier invoices and expenses

- Processing weekly payments

- Maintaining basic Excel sales and accounts spreadsheets

- Processing Australian and Recent Zealand online orders

- Liaising with our New Zealand warehouse regarding orders and stock

- Monthly stock reconciliation

- General accounts and administration duties as required

What We're Looking For





- MYOB experience - Minimum 5 years' hands‑on

- Previous accounts and administration experience

- Good Excel skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Proactive and well organised

- Reliable and able to work independently

- Shopify experience would be helpful but isn't essential

Hours & Location

Approximately 8 hours per week, based at our office in Bundall, Gold Coast.

There is some flexibility around how the hours are structured, which can be discussed with the successful applicant.
