About the role

This Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in charge to join our team. This is a part time role for one day. As the Pharmacist in charge, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and dispensing medications to patients

Ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmacy regulations and guidelines

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Overseeing the implementation of quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives

Participating in regular professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Maintaining accurate inventory & ordering suppliers as needed

Methadone Dispensing & webster packing

Vaccinations

Must be familiar with the PPA Programs

About our Ideal Candidate:





Registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on patient-centred care

Proficient in the use of pharmacy management software (MINFOS ) and other relevant technologies

Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry

Commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to mentor and train junior staff

About the Location:

A well-established community pharmacy located in the south-western suburbs, approximately 35 kilometres from Sydney

About offer

This is a permanent Wednesday pharmacist-in-charge position for 9am-7pm

offering - 9 hrs @ $55 to 58.5-/hr + Super, and 1 hr On Call $70.20
