The Casino Food Company Limited is a leading export-focused food processor with facilities in Casino and Booyong near Lismore, in the Northern Rivers region of the NSW Far North Coast. Our Casino Hide Tanners Plant is currently seeking Forklift Operators to support the safe and efficient movement of goods across our busy processing facility.

This role will suit reliable, hard-working individuals who are physically fit, safety focused, and willing to assist with general labouring tasks as required. Casual and permanent opportunities may be available, with stable Monday to Friday work and regular overtime on offer.

About the role

- Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Loading, unloading, moving, stacking and storing goods throughout the facility
- Assisting with inventory movement, documentation and general warehouse duties
- Completing pre-operation checks and reporting equipment faults or maintenance issues
- Following all workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and site procedures
- Supporting the wider team with labouring tasks, housekeeping and day-to-day operational needs

What we’re looking for

- Current forklift licence or willingness to obtain
- Previous forklift, warehousing, logistics, processing or food industry experience is advantageous




- Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to consistent attendance
- A strong focus on working safely and responsibly
- Physical fitness and willingness to perform manual labour tasks as required
- Good attention to detail when handling goods and recording movements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Full Australian work rights
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in the meat processing industry
