What you’ll be doing

- Daily reconciliations of funds flows across multiple channels, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Take ownership of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of bills and on-time payment. Liaising with suppliers and banks as required.
- Develop and maintain supplier master data.
- Daily management and accountability for the Finance mailbox.




- Management of prepayments schedules, fixed asset register, accruals, and associated month-end reconciliations.
- Support the future implementation of financial systems and potential upgrades including accounts payable workflow automation.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, data, and product.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

About you

- 2 - 4 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance and a desire to undertake CA/CPA pathway.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Confident and highly-skilled user of accounting platforms including Xero, Excel and AP automation tools.
- Very comfortable working in a manual environment, with commitment to evolving existing processes.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
