All Inclusive Care is seeking reliable, compassionate, and highly capable Casual Disability Support Workers to join our team.

We support clients with complex disabilities and high support needs. This role requires excellent communication, sound judgement, emotional maturity, and the ability to provide safe, consistent, person-centred support across a 24-hour, 7-day roster.

Casual Disability Support Workers

All Inclusive Care is seeking reliable, compassionate, and highly capable Casual Disability Support Workers to join our team.

We support clients with complex disabilities and high support needs. This role requires excellent communication, sound judgement, emotional maturity, and the ability to provide safe, consistent, person-centred support across a 24-hour, 7-day roster.

About the role

Depending on client requirements, you may provide:

- PEG feeding and related support.

- Stoma care.

- Active overnight care.

- Personal care and daily living support.

- Support with complex behaviours and positive behaviour support strategies.

- Mobility, transfers, and health-related daily activities.

- Support for clients who use non-verbal or alternative communication methods.

- Accurate progress notes, incident reports, handovers, and other required documentation.

- Community access and client transport where required.

Essential requirements

You must have, or be willing to obtain before commencing:

- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- A current Working with Children Check.

- An unrestricted Australian driver licence.





- A reliable, roadworthy, comprehensively insured motor vehicle that can legally and safely be used for work purposes.

- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.

- The ability to understand and follow detailed care plans, risk assessments, clinical instructions, and emergency procedures.

- The ability to communicate respectfully with clients who use speech, gestures, communication devices, facial expressions, or other non-verbal methods.

- The ability to complete clear and accurate case notes and workplace documentation.

- Availability across a 24-hour, 7-day roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and active overnight shifts.

- Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently in clients' homes and community settings.

Experience and capabilities

Experience in complex disability support, nursing, health care, community services, or supported independent living is highly regarded.

Experience with PEG care, stoma care, active overnight support, complex behaviours, personal care, restrictive-practice requirements, or high-intensity daily supports will be advantageous.

Successful applicants will also need to demonstrate:

- Calm and professional responses to behaviours of concern.

- Strong observation and risk-assessment skills.

- Respect for client choice, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

- The ability to follow client-specific training and competency requirements.





- A commitment to safeguarding people with disability from harm, neglect, abuse, and exploitation.

Availability

This is a casual position with shifts available across a 24-hour, 7-day roster. Applicants should clearly state their availability for:

- Weekday and weekend shifts.

- Early morning and evening shifts.

- Public holidays.

- Active overnight shifts.

- Short-notice or additional shifts, where possible.
