An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Care Manager to join a highly regarded aged care home located in Canberra.

This 4 week contract role is available for an immediate start and offers the chance to lead a passionate clinical team dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents. Working closely with the Clinical Care Coordinator, you'll oversee clinical operations, drive quality improvements, and ensure compliance with aged care standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee clinical care and daily clinical operations
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary care team
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
- Promote resident safety, wellbeing, and independence




- Foster a collaborative, person-centred care culture

Qualifications and Requirements

- Current Ahpra registration as a Registered Nurse
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Police Check
- Up-to-date COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations
- Experience in aged care management and a strong understanding of compliance and accreditation standards
- Available to start immediately and commit to a 3-month contract
