We're looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Technology team and play an important role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of our software products. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with 3-5+ years' experience in software testing and quality assurance who is looking to take their career further into quality engineering, test automation and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with developers, product owners, business analysts and technical leaders to build quality into the development process - not simply test it at the end. You'll have the opportunity to develop and maintain automated testing, improve test coverage, undertake API and integration testing, support CI/CD pipelines and help strengthen the way we approach quality across our products.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and execute manual and automated test cases across our software products.

Perform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.

Develop, maintain and improve automated test scripts and test frameworks.

Expand automation coverage across key features, workflows and user journeys.

Execute automated test suites and investigate and troubleshoot failures.

Plan and execute API testing using tools such as Postman and similar technologies.

Identify, document, track and validate software defects through to resolution.

Review requirements and technical specifications and provide feedback on testability, risks and potential issues.

Support the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.





Work with development and product teams to identify quality risks early in the delivery lifecycle.

About you

3-5+ years' commercial experience in software testing, QA or quality engineering, including hands-on automation experience.

Strong experience across functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.

Practical experience developing and maintaining automated tests using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or WinAppDriver.

Experience with API testing, particularly using Postman or similar tools.

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, ideally Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

Experience working within an Agile setting, with an understanding of Scrum and/or Kanban.

Strong experience with test case design, execution and defect management.

Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence and test management platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
