Who Are We Looking For?

We want someone who brings energy, leadership and ambition.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or Retail Leader

Experience in big-box or high-volume retail

A strong commercial mindset and passion for achieving results

The ability to lead, coach and motivate a team

Excellent customer service and communication

A hands‑on approach and the confidence to take ownership

The energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a brand-new store setting
