The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's!Hungry Jack’s – National Support CentreWe’re looking for an organised and proactive Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and support the coordination of repair and maintenance activities across our national restaurant network.Reporting to the Repair and Maintenance System Manager , you’ll play an important role in ensuring maintenance requests are assessed, allocated and resolved efficiently, while keeping restaurants, contractors and internal stakeholders informed along the way.About the RoleYour responsibilities will include:Managing repair and maintenance service requests through our RAMP systemAssessing and prioritising jobs and allocating work to contractors, technicians and Facilities ManagersCoordinating contractors, call-backs and after-hours maintenance requirementsProviding restaurants with timely updates and following jobs through to resolutionManaging and escalating maintenance issues where requiredMaintaining accurate contractor information,



documentation and Service Level AgreementsSetting up and maintaining Preventative Maintenance schedulesMaintaining accurate asset and maintenance information within RAMPOrdering spare parts and coordinating requirements for specific maintenance jobsSupporting reporting, system administration and continuous improvement of RAMPProviding general administrative and stakeholder support across the Repair & Maintenance functionAbout YouYou’ll be someone who is organised, responsive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment. You’ll have strong communication skills and enjoy working with a range of stakeholders to solve problems and get things done.Ideally, you’ll bring:Solid organisation, administration and attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approachConfidence working with systems, data and reportingThe ability to prioritise requests and work to deadlinesPrevious call centre, help desk, service coordination or facilities experience is desirable, but not essentialKnowledge of building services, facilities management or restaurant operations will be highly regardedIf you enjoy problem-solving, coordinating multiple moving parts and seeing issues through from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you.
