About the Opportunity
ARA Building Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Handyman to join our Sydney team. In this full-time role based in the Sydney CBD, you'll work across multiple commercial sites, delivering high-quality maintenance services and ensuring our clients receive exceptional support. Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including general handyman duties, painting, and minor works
Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently - aiming for a first-time fix
Maintain accurate job records using our mobile Job Management System
Ensure all work complies with WHS standards, regulations, and company procedures
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders,
delivering outstanding customer service
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or similar role
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues quickly
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Confident communication skills and a customer-first approach
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
Solid understanding of workplace safety and hazard identification
