Real Futures is seeking a Parent Pathways Mentor at Rooty Hill to support Aboriginal families. The role focuses on mentoring parents with children under six, managing caseloads and guiding pathway planning within education and career contexts.
Applicants must be Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and have experience in community services, CRM usage and delivering tailored support. The position includes a range of family-centered services and KPI-driven outcomes.
