Next Hotel Melbourne’s La Madonna Restaurant is seeking passionate Food and Beverage Attendants who deliver service excellence, engage guests warmly, and share knowledge of our menu and drinks. In this role you will describe dishes with enthusiasm, upsell thoughtfully, stay current on produce, beverages and Coastal Italian cuisine, and uphold impeccable hygiene and safety standards.

Two years in a similar high-end dining role, valid Victorian RSA, and a qualified appearance are required; WSET
