We’re seeking professional Section Waiters and Runners for Margaret, a up-to-date Australian restaurant showcasing the freshest sustainable seafood and produce, paired with a thoughtfully curated wine selection.

As part of the Margaret Family, a group of two-hatted restaurants built on a shared love of delicious food, hospitality and each other, we believe dining should feel both special and effortless. We're looking for experienced section waiters and runners who

- Possess strong knowledge and understanding of food and wine
- Are confident running a section
- Are well presented,



professional and customer focused with strong attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive, team oriented environment
- Remain calm, organised and efficient under pressure
- Are available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
