An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. Reporting to the CEO, you will be the organisational backbone of the executive office - keeping priorities on track, managing competing demands, and ensuring things run smoothly day to day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive diary, inbox and administrative support to the CEO
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing minutes and follow-up actions
- Managing correspondence and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Arranging travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
- Preparing reports, presentations and board or committee papers
- Assisting with expenses, invoicing and general finance administration
- Supporting event coordination and office operations
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement
To be considered for this role you will have 3-4 years' experience in a similar Executive Assistant position. You'll bring exceptional organisational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to juggle priorities calmly under pressure. Above all, you'll be discreet, proactive, and confident working alongside senior leaders.
