We are seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Industrial Service Technician to join our service team in Sydney. In this varied role, you will work across the workshop and in the field, carrying out calibrations, compliance work, preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs on industrial weighing equipment including platform, bench and floor scales. This is a great opportunity for a technically minded technician who enjoys problem solving, working independently and building trusted customer relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform calibrations, compliance checks and preventative maintenance on industrial weighing equipment
- Service, fault-find and repair of industrial weighing solutions both on-site and in the workshop
- Install,
commission and test new equipment to ensure reliable performance
- Complete accurate service records, calibration documentation and compliance reports
- Provide high-quality customer service while maintaining safety and regulatory standards
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver strong field service outcomes
- Solid fault-finding, repair and problem-solving skills in a technical service environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service
- High attention to detail when completing calibrations, compliance checks and service documentation
Desirable experience and licences:
- Experience servicing, calibrating or repairing industrial weighing equipment
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
