Working arrangement: Part time (salary) or Contracting (paid per hour of work) as per the therapist's request
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 (part time equivalent) or $110-$130/ hour (contracting) depending on experience. Plus travel
Location: mobile role across Brisbane Metropolitan (Specific location as desired by the therapist!)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, carry out therapy, & construct reports for our NDIS participants (Paediatrics & Adults)
- Manage your caseload and maintain accurate participant records
- Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Network with potential stakeholders to help grow the JC Care brand in the local communities
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure optimal client outcomes
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and current registration with Speech Pathology AU
- 2 years experience working as a Speech Pathologist (Desirable but not necessary)
- Experience working in the NDIS sector (Desirable but not necessary)
- Current Working with children check
- Current CPR
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS workers screening check (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
