Have you had previous retail management experience?
We are seeking an experienced retail manager to work in our Erina store. You'll be involved in all aspects of managing a retail toy store, coaching and leading a team of staff, and interacting with customers on a daily basis. Working closely with head office and your team of trusted staff, your role as a key member of the team,
will be ensuring the smooth running of the store and bringing smiles to children and adults alike. Your role will include:
key holder - opening and closing procedures
daily team delegation and motivation
team building
inventory management
integrated involvement with head office
administration, rostering and banking
exceptional customer service
register operations and cash handling
creative merchandising + store upkeep
fulfilment of weekly training courses
learning about toys, games and hobbies
overseeing operations in the Christmas Warehouse
What makes you an ideal candidate?
Minimum 5 day availability required (Ideally Tuesday- Saturday)
Flexibility with working hours on occasion
Experience in similar bulk product retail management is preferred
A solid work ethic, with a can-do attitude!
Ability to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment
