Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate hotel events end-to-end, from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a outstanding outcome for clients and the hotel
n
- Prepare contracts, banquet event orders, invoices and floorplans with accuracy
n
- Liaise with Front Office, F&B;, Kitchen and Operations to align on event requirements
n
- Manage the iVvy CRM, keeping sales activity and client records up to date




n
- Handle deposits, payments and revenue reporting in line with hotel policy
n
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
n
- Identify new opportunities for conferences, events and group bookings
n
- Support major events, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when needed
n

What You'll Bring

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising across departments and with clients
n
- A sales-driven mindset with a track record of converting enquiries
n
- CRM experience (iVvy a plus)
n
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours for key events

- A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
