You will also be expected to participate in an on-call roster as part of this role, supporting our commitment to around-the-clock participant care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support in accordance with NDIS practice standards.
- Manage, maintain, and organise participant and staff documentation, correspondence, and records.
- Support scheduling operations, including coordinating staff rosters and participant appointments.
- Assist with document control, filing systems, and compliance record-keeping.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation as directed.
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Support onboarding administration for recent staff
- Participate in the on-call roster to support after-hours operational needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or office support role
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload effectively
- A collaborative team player who actively supports colleagues and contributes to a positive workplace culture
- Willingness and availability to participate in an on-call roster
- Proficiency in Xero or a similar platform (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in NDIS, disability services, aged care, or healthcare
- Familiarity with NDIS documentation and compliance obligations
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
What We Offer:
- Supportive and inclusive workplace culture
- Casual engagement with a real pathway to permanency
- Meaningful work that makes a difference in the community
- Exposure to a growing NDIS provider with an expanding team
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Team-oriented team environment where your contribution is valued
