We are looking for a Digital Catalogue Coordinator with Website and Adobe Suite experience to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term contract.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver seasonal catalogue creation, schedules and processes for both online and PDF catalogues in B2B applications.
- Support and execute key tasks in the overall digital catalogue process, such as uploading CADs and product images, managing image sequencing, tech icons, carryover products and videos.
- Troubleshoot image issues – resize, edit, remove old from servers, update recent, liaise with photo studios & brands
- Edit digital assets for catalogues, upload to servers via FTP and troubleshoot issues
- Providing 1st tier support for technical assistance and inbound queries.

What You Bring:

- Experience in website content management
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of general marketing strategy
- Experienced in digital platform best practices, Adobe Creative suite; Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint
- Digital design experience and understanding of print design best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
