Care2Communicate is growing, and we're looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our welcoming team of therapists in Sydney. Whether you're a new graduate starting out or an experienced clinician ready for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

- Work as a mobile therapist, supporting clients in their homes, schools, early learning centres, and community settings across Sydney.
- Manage a diverse caseload, from early intervention through to adults, with a strong focus on paediatrics.
- Enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to deliver therapy where it makes the biggest impact.
- Full and part time opportunities, contractor roles also considered.

About You

- Qualified and eligible to practice as a Speech Pathologist in Australia (SPA membership required).
- Passionate about working with children and families.
- Open to learning, sharing ideas, and supporting your teammates.
- Excited to bring therapy into real-world environments where clients thrive.
- Valid Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check
