HammondCare is seeking a Pastoral Care Coordinator in Lismore, NSW to provide spiritual and emotional support to clients, families, staff and volunteers within HammondCare At Home. You will model the organization's Christian mission and coach staff to meet spiritual needs in community settings.

Key duties include assessing spiritual needs, documenting care plans, delivering ongoing support, contributing to care plan reviews, and delivering staff training on pastoral care topics.
