About Redmen Fire Protection
At Redmen Fire Protection, we keep Australian businesses safe—one extinguisher, one inspection, one perfectly maintained system at a time.
We are a proudly Australian, people-focused team that delivers professional, reliable fire protection services across a diverse range of industries. Behind every site visit is a team that genuinely cares about doing the job properly, supporting one another and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
We believe in the Redmen way: work hard, do things properly, and finish the day proud of what you've achieved.
The Opportunity
This is an office-based role at the centre of our operations — the critical link between our field technicians, our clients, our Philippines-based operations support team and our management team. You'll schedule, dispatch, track, report and resolve, all while keeping a calm head and a positive attitude.
You'll work in a rapid-paced environment where your contribution is visible, valued and directly impacts the quality of service we deliver to our clients every single day.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and dispatch field technicians across multiple client sites and service regions.
- Manage jobs from booking through to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely outcomes.
- Liaise with clients to confirm appointments, manage enquiries and resolve issues.
- Oversee and coordinate our operations support agents based in our Philippines office — managing their daily workload, providing guidance and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
- Train and onboard new operations support starters in the Philippines, ensuring they understand our systems, standards and client expectations.
- Maintain compliance records, job management systems and operational databases.
- Prepare operational reports and performance summaries for management.
- Support invoicing processes and general administration functions.
- Identify and recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational queries, escalations and scheduling changes.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in operations coordination, scheduling or dispatching — trade or field service industry experience is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills — confident, professional and clear.
- Experience managing or coordinating offshore or remote team members is advantageous.
- Proficiency with job management software, CRMs or scheduling systems.
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- A collaborative team attitude with a genuine pride in doing things properly.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Why Join Redmen?
Behind every great field team is a great Operations Coordinator. We know that — and we value it. You'll work with a leadership team that listens, a field team that appreciates the work you do, a Philippines-based support team you'll help shape and grow, and clients who notice the difference when things run well.
This isn't a role where you'll be left to figure things out alone. You'll be supported, trained and genuinely included as part of the Redmen family.
Ready to Be the Person Who Keeps It All Together?
If you're an experienced coordinator ready to join a growing, people-focused fire protection company on the Central Coast, we'd love to hear from you.
Together, we make greatness happen.
