Monash Health is seeking a Clinical Trials Workforce Development Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Program at Clayton. This role is available on a part-time or full time basis and focuses on leading education and training for staff involved in clinical trials across Monash Health sites.
You will mentor interns and pharmacists, support digital trial systems, and drive continuous improvement in trial services within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
