Banks Benchtops is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for full-time Factory Labourers to join our team at our Brendale branch. With multiple positions available, this is your chance to grow with a well-established and respected name in the stone benchtop industry.
About the Role
As a Factory Labourer, you’ll work alongside experienced stonemasons in a dynamic and supportive workplace. You'll be trained in the use of industry-specific equipment including:
- Bridge saws
- CNC machinery
- Line polishers
- Lifters
- Cranes
- Hand tools
No two days are the same—we supply both trade and retail customers, so the variety keeps things interesting.
What We’re Looking For
We're after motivated, reliable team players who are keen to learn. While experience in construction is preferred, it’s not essential—we’ll provide full training for the right person.
You should be:
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Physically capable of lifting heavy items
- A team player with the ability to work independently when needed
- Able to maintain a high standard of work and presentation
- A good communicator with both colleagues and clients
- Holding a construction white card (or able to obtain one)
