WOW Moment Productions is seeking a positive-minded and committed part-time (cover leave) Trainee Content Producer who ideally lives in The Shire, or surrounds, to join our dynamic creative team in Sydney, NSW. This is a part-time (with view to an ongoing position) offers an excellent opportunity for someone, who preferably lives in The Shire Sydney, who can drive, looking to launch their career in the hospitality and lifestyle content production industry.

As a Trainee Content Producer, you will work closely alongside the Creative Director to develop your skills in content creation, project coordination and production management. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of content production while contributing fresh ideas, talent and enthusiasm to our broader team.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assisting the Creative Director with the planning and shooting of fun and educational lifestyle content projects from conception through to delivery across social platforms
- Supporting the research and development of creative concepts and ideas for various platforms
- Helping to manage production schedules
- Shooting high-quality content on our production equipment, interviewing and directing talent, styling shots and creating robust compositions (an understanding of audio and visual shooting equipment is essential, particularly the Sony FX3 or Sony A7S III)
- Assisting with all production assets, including footage, graphics and audio files




- Supporting the editing and post-production process, including quality assurance checks
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing creative input on projects
- Undertaking administrative tasks to support the production workflow
- Driving between Engadine and Prestons three times per week (Monday–Wednesday, 9:30am–5:30pm) for a fixed 5-week contracted trial period

What We’re Looking For

- A passion for content creation and media production, with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, ability to work within a fun team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Basic technical knowledge or familiarity with production equipment and software (experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut Canva or similar
- Ability to take constructive feedback and a genuine willingness to learn and develop
- Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to working in a fast-paced production environment
- Tertiary qualification in media, communications,



film production or a related field is preferred but not essential
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating your creative work is highly valued
