This is a newly created role due to expansion. We currently have new trucks being built and your role will be to ensure they are fully utilised the minute their wheels hit the road. Your focus will be on acquiring and nurturing larger-scale civil construction clients and also Tier 1 and 2 builders.

You'll need to hit the ground running as we have some big targets to achieve in the next 3-6 months but once you are established your focus will be on maintaining and nurturing our key clients.

You will be provided with professional sales coaching and supportive systems in order for you to succeed.



We have a high performing team that will support you and the Founder, who is very hands-on in the business will provide guidance.

Your first 3 months will be fully dedicated to the recent business side. After that, you will nurture those clients and look after our established clients.

Located in Thornlands QLD, Global Waste Services is a premier portable sanitation hire, waste removal and service company mainly working within the construction sector. GWS has evolved significantly since its modest beginnings with just one truck. We've been growing rapidly year on year and we have plans for continuous expansion so there are plenty of opportunities for you to grow with us.

This is a challenging role with tough targets to meet and maintain, requiring a strong focus on client service and delivery.
