Australian Digital Health Agency – Sydney NSW

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sydney Operations Officer to join our Facilities and Security team within the Corporate Services Division. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Agency facilities, ensuring workplaces are safe, secure, compliant, and operationally effective. You will act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related matters, coordinating maintenance activities, managing contractors, supporting security and emergency management initiatives, and delivering high-quality workplace services that enable business success.

The key duties of the position include:

- Experience in facilities management, workplace operations, property services, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, workplace health and safety, compliance, and security practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to operational issues.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience coordinating contractors, service providers, maintenance programs, and service requests.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, monitor compliance, and prepare reports.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability, particularly in fast-paced operational environments.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems such as ServiceNow and SAP (or similar platforms).
- A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality workplace outcomes.

Eligibility

Australian citizenship is a mandatory eligibility requirement. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain both a national police clearance and a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance, with the capacity to attain a higher-level clearance if required by the Agency.

This position is primarily office‑based and requires attendance in the workplace five days per week to meet operational and team requirements.

Salary: $90,562 - $97939 plus 15.4% superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
