Rarekind People Pty Limited is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead the workshop and keep production moving. You will drive quality, manage schedules and resources, and take ownership of production outcomes in a busy engineering and manufacturing setting.
You will work closely with the Workshop Supervisor, interpret engineering drawings, enforce WHS standards, and mentor the team to reduce defects and rework while meeting customer requirements.
