Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia is seeking a Workshop Leading Hand at our Revesby Branch in NSW. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will plan, organise, and supervise workshop operations across Current Build and Retail Repair, ensuring customer requirements are met and budgets/KPIs are achieved.
You will lead workshop personnel, manage schedules, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and uphold WHS standards to foster a safety-first culture within the team.
